Schedule

In January, the state will begin using Promissor testing services, a computerized system that will have more locations and the flexibility in scheduling. As of this date, 11/11/08, it is to the best of our knowledge that you will still apply for your license online on the state website (www.flofr.com ) through the REAL system. The state will review your application, then send you a notification that you may schedule your exam date.

Our course will be held on the third weekend of each month, taking place on Saturday and Sunday.

The 24-hour Florida Mortgage Pre-Licensing Course is a requirement to receive your licensure; it should be booked and completed before taking your exam. Some students prefer to take the class a month prior to or right before the test, depending on their learning preferences. Space permitting, we allow students to attend more than one time at no extra charge, just let us know!

Calculator- bring a "regular" calculator. (FYI- the state does NOT allow the use of financial calculators during the state exam.)

Class starts promptly at 8:00 AM. PLEASE be on time. Doors to this corporate building are kept locked on the weekends; if you are late, you will have to call the instructor and someone will have to come out to let you in. We understand emergencies, but the state requires that you MUST be present for ALL required hours to receive a certificate of completion. You will have to attend another class to make up any missed time.

Cell phone use: Please turn your phone off or on "silent" while class is in session. Calls may be returned at break time or after class.
