 24 Hour Pre-licensing Class for Mortgage Brokers
(and Principal Representatives)
Our classroom atmosphere is relaxed (business casual); we limit the class size to provide you with a more personal learning experience. Academy of Mortgage Education also provides you with additional learning tools such as Audio Flashcards and Math Skills CDs. Sometimes your eyes may need a rest. You may need some one-on-one assistance with math problems. In addition to your class time, Co-owner and instructor, Jim Read, provides you with step-by-step audio assistance that you can take with you. No extra charge.
Jim has been in the mortgage business for over 23 years, providing his students with both classroom and "real life" experience. Jim integrates relevant, true-life stories, news articles and learning activities with textbook material to make the class more interesting and enjoyable. His motto when it comes to bringing more people into the mortgage business is: "There's plenty of business to go around!" Continuing Education Course
A major, important aspect of maintaining your Florida Mortgage Broker's License and personal business is keeping up with compliance and the law. Academy of Mortgage Education currently offers a correspondent course which you may do in the privacy of your own office or home. Fourteen hours of Continuing Education through an accredited mortgage school is a state requirement for license renewal. The Mortgage Pre-Licensing Class is also valid for 11 hours of Florida Real Estate Continuing Education.
